The mission of the Boonton School District, in partnership with the community, is to prepare all students to achieve the New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards at all grade levels and to motivate each graduate to productively contribute to society by providing a rigorous, relevant, and comprehensive educational program.

Our student population is drawn from the town of Boonton and from the Borough of Lincoln Park. We offer over 200 courses to accommodate the diversity of needs, abilities, and interests of the student body. Students are provided the opportunity to take Advanced Placement and Honors classes as well as vocational and technical courses. Accredited by the State of New Jersey and the Middle States Association, the school has earned a reputation for preparing students for the most competitive colleges and universities.

Boonton High School also provides an extensive extracurricular program. Students are encouraged to participate in our opportunities in athletics, music, art, honor societies, clubs, and service organizations. These activities are designed to enhance our student’s educational experience and provide them with learning opportunities outside of the classroom.

Parents, we invite you to become an integral part of the “Bomber Family” by actively supporting and reinforcing good academics, attendance, and behavior with your students and by getting involved in parent groups on campus. Please feel free to contribute your ideas and time through our many parent associations and volunteer services.
