Smooth from the Harlem Wizards came to School Street School on December 1st to talk about the upcoming game at BHS on January 11th! Of course, Smooth did more than talk. Our students enjoyed some fun and games and enjoyed watching Smooth make some legendary moves, like spinning the basketball. The Harlem Wizards have been playing basketball while entertaining young people since 1962. The organization's primary focus is helping non-profits and school organizations raise funds to support programs for students. Monroe-Woodbury High School in Central Valley, NY, holds the record for hosting the Wizards 27 years in a row.
