This time of year, we celebrate a season of joy and peace with all of our students. Boonton School District enjoys students from all over the world, with varied cultural backgrounds. What a wonderful way to explore these traditions when our first graders learn about the different holidays that are celebrated throughout the world. They were so surprised to realize just how similar other holidays are to the ones they celebrate. They have connected with their peers over the similarities within the different holidays they celebrate. Way to go First Graders! And, our school glistened with spirit the whole week with flannel, pajamas, holiday sweaters and more!
