Algebra II Articulation
Recently, Boonton High School hosted a statewide Algebra II articulation, welcoming more than thirty mathematics teachers from nearly twenty schools throughout New Jersey. The session provided educators with an opportunity to collaborate on topics including curriculum, assessment, pacing, technology integration, and strategies for supporting today’s Algebra II students. Through both whole-group and breakout discussions, teachers shared successful practices and common challenges across districts. One participant shared that it was “great to hear what other districts are teaching, the challenges they are experiencing, and the strategies they are using to address them,” while another noted that the session helped them build connections with colleagues they now feel comfortable reaching out to for support and collaboration.

Art Project Critiques
Recently, Ms. Angelillo's class held their end of project critiques. Students discussed Surrealism and how to create works of art that bend reality and question what it means to play with abstraction. Students created their own pieces and gave each other meaningful, constructive feedback to help them grow as artists.
