Zentangle
Art students were introduced to the Zentangle art method, a relaxing and meditative approach to drawing that uses repetitive patterns, lines, and shapes to create intricate designs. For their first art project, students chose their own subject matter and transformed it by incorporating Zentangle-inspired patterns and textures throughout their artwork. This project encouraged students to explore creativity, patience, line quality, and personal choice while learning how simple patterns can be used to create complex and visually engaging compositions.
